The most useful brief tells us what you are trying to achieve and for whom, rather than prescribing a solution. A clear sense of the goal, the audience, the rough scope, and any hard constraints lets the right specialist respond with something genuinely relevant instead of a generic reply. You do not need a finished specification; an honest description of the problem is more valuable than a polished but premature solution.

Telling us the context up front saves everyone time. Whether the work is a marketing experience, a product interaction, a 3D or immersive piece, a data visualization, or something you are still defining, a few sentences about the situation and what success would look like is enough to point your inquiry to the right person. The clearer the brief, the faster and more useful the follow-up, because it lets the conversation start from your actual needs rather than from guesswork.

List your studio

If you are an agency or an independent designer or developer doing interactive work, the studio-listing form lets you put your studio forward for the directory. The directory is intended to connect people looking for interactive expertise with the studios and freelancers who provide it. Telling us your focus, the kind of work you do best, and what distinguishes your practice helps the listing be useful to the people most likely to be a good fit for you.

Specificity helps here as much as in a project brief. A studio that clearly states its strengths, its preferred kinds of project, and its approach is far easier to match well than one that claims to do everything. The directory is more valuable to everyone when listings are honest and focused, so describe the work you genuinely excel at rather than the broadest possible net. That clarity benefits you by attracting the inquiries you actually want.

What happens after you submit

These forms are self-hosted and currently connect to a placeholder endpoint, which means they are part of a static informational site and are not yet wired to transmit your submission to a live inbox or system. When the operator connects a real handler, the details you provide will be used only to respond to your inquiry, routed to the right specialist for your project or listing, and never sold or shared for unrelated purposes. We would rather state this plainly than imply a capability that is not yet active.

Until the handler is configured, treat a submission as expressing interest rather than as guaranteed delivery, and feel free to note anything time-sensitive so it can be prioritized once the connection is live.
